Mobile Crane Technician (Permanent)

Crane Technician Shift Patten = 4On 4Off Days and Nights Rotating. Days = £47,080 Basic + Overtime Nights = £52,182 Basic + Overtime To carry out the inspection, servicing, maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, and operational support of four rail mounted gantry cranes in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. The role requires a strong mechanical and/or electrical background, excellent problem-solving ability, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on cranes.. ·Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults efficiently. ·Conduct inspections in line with LOLER and PUWER regulations. ·Support commissioning, testing, and handover of cranes and lifting systems. ·Complete service reports, inspection documents, and maintenance records accurately. ·Maintain tools, company vehicle, and equipment in good condition. ·I would be extending the search to heavy plant mechanics and maintenance engineers also as the skills are transferable.
