Description

The In-house Senior Construction Lawyer will be:

• Advising on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters
• Drafting and negotiating construction contracts and related documentation
• Supporting land, planning, and development teams on project delivery
• Managing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes

Profile

The Senior Construction Lawyer should be:

• A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years' PQE in construction law
• Experienced in non-contentious construction matters and contracts
• Commercially minded with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Confident working autonomously within a fast-paced environment
• Ideally experienced within in-house or real estate/development sectors

Experience in Building and Construction would be great.

Job Offer

Salary up to £90k plus car allowance and benefits.

Hybrid working from local office, Manchester or Warrington area.
