About the role

Residential Management Group (RMG) , a market ‑ leading Property Management Company, is looking for a  Assistant Property Manager to support the delivery of an excellent property management service across a residential portfolio. In this varied role, you'll provide key administrative and coordination support to our wider regional teams, helping to ensure our customers receive a consistently high standard of service.   Yoo will be based at our head office in Hoddesdon (EN11 0DR)   Client care and liaison , ensuring calls and emails are handled professionally and efficiently, and queries are resolved wherever possible.   ~ Supporting coordination between  accounts and property services teams to help deliver service commitments.   ~ Helping with core operational tasks such as  site take ‑ ons (preparing transition checklists),  key issuance , urgent  purchase orders , regional reporting, and other ad ‑ hoc projects as agreed.   ~ You'll take pride in delivering a high ‑ quality service and supporting a fast ‑ paced regional team.   Exposure to property management or familiarity with  TPI standards.   ~ 27 days holiday plus all Bank Holidays   ~ Free Healthcare cashback Plan (re-claiming for things like optical treatment (plus an optical discount voucher) and dental care, physiotherapy and GP Charges – plus more!
