About the role:

As Store Manager your main purpose will be to ensure your stores overall commercial success whilst managing and developing your team to achieve their full potential.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store whilst maintaining a strong shop floor presence and delivering excellent customer service. As well as your initial management training we also offer accredited training courses to further develop your personal skills.

Coupled with the support of your area manager and the wider head office team you will be provided with an extensive support network.

What we need from you?

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and colleagues
  • To be a team player, a hands-on manager, self-motivated, resilient, with a positive and proactive outlook
  • To be confident in managing, motivating, and developing your team
  • Can make decisions, problem solve and take accountability with good planning skills
  • A passion for retail and the ability to maximise any potential sales opportunities.
  • To deliver exceptional store standards
  • To comply with WineFlairs operational policies and procedures including Licensing Legislation
  • Good computer literacy
