Account Manager – Commercial Focus | Renewals & Growth

We’re on the hunt for an Account Manager to join a growing business in the SaaS space that’s investing heavily in its client function.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves building commercial relationships, owning renewals, and working in a fast‑paced environment where no two client conversations are the same.
You’ll step into a newly evolving client team and take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, helping clients get maximum value from the partnership while retaining and growing revenue.

What you'll be doing as the Account Manager:
- Owning a portfolio of around 50 client accounts
- Building proactive, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders
- Managing contract renewals and commercial negotiations
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing revenue
- Navigating multiple stakeholders within each account
- Working closely with internal support teams to deliver a strong client experience
- Using product usage, account activity and commercial insight to guide conversations
To xwzovoh be Successful as the Account Manager, all you need to have is:
- Previous experience as a Account Manager, within SaaS, ideally within RecTech or Media Tech
- Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware and confident negotiating contract with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple accounts and priorities
