Are you looking for something a little different? Our client is a technology company that provides a white-label online platform for a wide range of adult and mainstream dating brands.

The Role

To moderate content to ensure the safety of members and compliance of site rules. To also rate that content from a commercial perspective. The goal is for members to enjoy meeting like‑minded people online in a safe manner.

To this end, moderators:

• Look for any content that could shock or offend other members.
• Look for anything that could be a risk to the business.
• There are scammers on any dating site - help weed them out.
• Think of and watch out for the little things that members may forget when not considering the consequences of the things they post. This could be something as small as the tag on their pet's collar that shows a name, address or phone number, the logo on their shirt that says where they work, or the licence plate on their car.
• Stop people knocking on their door, calling their phone, or bombarding social media as a result of a member mistakenly posting their personal details online.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform moderation of submitted user content to determine suitability and commerciality, in accordance with site terms and conditions.

Content Includes

• Profile headers and descriptions.
• Media (photos and videos).
• Comments on other member posts and videos.

Key Skills and Experience

• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
• Bit of a detective by nature.
• Students welcome, but you will need to be 18+.
• No experience required, as training will be provided, however you will need to be computer literate.

Shifts

• Sunday 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM.
• Monday 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM.
• Friday 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM.
