SEND Teaching Assistant - Leamington Spa Full-Time | Primary School | Immediate Start Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities?  The Supply Register are currently recruiting for experienced teaching assistant to join a primary school in Leamington Spa. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys making a real difference to pupils learning and confidence, and who can provide consistent, individualised support.  The Role Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND.  Support pupils with their learning, development and engagement.  Work closely with the class teacher and wider school team to adapt learning and provide appropriate support.  Help pupils develop their confidence, independence and social skills.  Encourage positive behaviour and create a calm, inclusive learning environment.  What We're Looking For: Previous experience supporting children with SEND is essential.  Experience supporting children 1:1 and/or in small groups.  Patient, compassionate and resilient approach.  Reliable, proactive and committed to supporting pupils.  Why Work with The Supply Register?
