The Role

Lead, inspire and develop a large team and management structure.

Take full accountability for sales, profitability, productivity and store P&L.

Drive operational excellence, customer experience and consistently high standards.

Analyse performance and identify opportunities to maximise commercial results.

Manage labour costs, stock, compliance and operational efficiency.

Build a strong talent pipeline through coaching, succession planning and development.

Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver business objectives and strategic initiatives.
About You

Proven experience leading a large, high-volume retail operation.

A strong track record of delivering commercial and operational KPIs.

Experience managing significant teams, budgets and financial performance.

Resilient, decisive and comfortable managing competing priorities at pace.

An inspirational people leader with the confidence to influence at all levels.

Commercially astute, customer-focused and passionate about developing talent.
