Job Description Corporate Solicitor | NQ–2 Years’ PQE Glasgow |Hybrid Working If you’re a Newly Qualified Corporate Solicitor or junior lawyer with up to 2 years’ PQE, this is a great opportunity to join a busy Glasgow-based Corporate team working on a wide mix of transactions and advisory matters. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to M&A, commercial contracts and general company law, with early responsibility and client contact. This role suits a Corporate Solicitor who wants to build core transactional experience in a collaborative environment with clear development support. Competitive salary depending on experience Hybrid working with flexibility Structured training and mentoring As a Corporate Solicitor in Glasgow, you will support on a wide range of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder matters and commercial agreements. You’ll assist with due diligence, draft and review legal documentation, coordinate transaction logistics and contribute to completion processes. The role also involves regular communication with clients and internal teams, alongside legal research and input into advisory work.
