Project Manager

Kenna Recruitment is currently on the lookout for a Project Manager for a key client of ours. Our client is one of the leading developers that operate across the UK and after a successful project win they are now looking for a Project Manager to lead this project as a no1 on site. The project is split across 2 blocks in Southeast London and will consist of 400+ units. The role involves managing the pre-contract project cycle, overseeing consultant procurement, coordinating authority submissions, monitoring risks, and ensuring compliance with project budgets, timelines, and scope requirements. You will ideally have experience in leading projects from inception to completion with either a main contractor or developer as a Project Manager.
