Rental Property Cleaner

A busy property services business is hiring experienced Rental Property Cleaners for residential move-out cleaning work.

The position involves deep cleaning rental properties after tenants vacate, helping ensure homes are ready for final inspection and new occupants.

Duties include:

• Cleaning empty residential properties

• Deep cleaning kitchens, ovens, and internal surfaces

• Bathroom sanitation and mould treatment

• Cleaning floors, windows, skirting boards, and doors

• Bringing properties up to required handover standards

Work Schedule

• Flexible part-time work, with assignments typically lasting 4–8 hours

• Work is primarily available Monday to Friday, with regular weekend opportunities

• Jobs are offered as they become available in your area

• Please note that this is a part-time role and does not guarantee full-time hours

Pay & Benefits

• £15 per hour

• £18 payment per job for the use of your own equipment and cleaning supplies

• Paid travel time where applicable

• Client parking costs covered (except where only street parking is available)

• 2+ years of relevant cleaning experience

• Confidence working independently

• Own cleaning equipment and supplies

• Own transport required

• Ability to clearly communicate in English
