Trainee CNC Press Brake Operator Location: Dudley Area, West Midlands Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience) + Bonus Scheme Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About Us Accurate Laser Cutting Ltd is a leading sheet metal subcontractor based in Oldbury, West Midlands. Established in 2005, we provide bespoke laser cutting and forming services to a wide range of industries throughout the UK. Our Press Brake Department is a busy, fast-paced and varied environment, working with a wide range of materials and engineering sectors. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Trainee CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career within manufacturing and engineering. Full training will be provided by experienced Press Brake Operators. Key Responsibilities * Learn to set up and operate CNC Press Brake machinery under supervision * Follow health and safety procedures at all times * Carry out quality checks on components during production * Work effectively within a small, fast-paced production team * Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail * Continuously develop skills and knowledge within the role Candidate Requirements * Proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team * Good communication skills * Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to work * Eagerness to learn and develop new skills * An understanding of engineering drawings would be advantageous but is not essential Working Hours * Monday to Thursday * 6:00am – 6:00pm Benefits * Competitive salary package * Company bonus scheme * Paid overtime opportunities * On-site parking * Ongoing training and development * Opportunity to join a growing company that continually invests in its people and technology Start Date * Immediate start available * Notice periods will be considered Interested?
