Traffic Management Operatives - Belfast Looking for an active, hands-on role where no two days are the same? Our Belfast-based client is recruiting Traffic Management Operatives to work across Northern Ireland. If you hold a valid UK driving licence and enjoy being on the road, this could be the perfect opportunity. Full training provided, along with a dedicated "buddy" to support you throughout your training. Location: Castelreagh, Belfast Duration: Temporary to Permanent Pay: £12.71 per hour Hours: 8am - 4pm (may vary) Key Duties Set up and operate traffic management systems (contraflows, narrow lanes, temporary lights) Install and operate traffic management equipment Monitor and control traffic during roadworks Work as part of a team and engage with the public professionally Requirements Valid UK Driving Licence (max 6 points) Experience in labouring, warehousing, or manual handling Desirable CSR Card Previous traffic management experience Ashton Recruitment serves as an Employment Business.
