We’re looking for an organised Critical Compliance Assistant to support building maintenance and statutory compliance across London sites.

Experience working in laboratory or medical research environments is essential.

You’ll coordinate inspections and contractors, maintain compliance records and certificates, track remedial actions and support audits and reporting.

Requirements:

Experience in compliance administration, record keeping and contractor coordination.

Understanding of statutory compliance and health and safety.

*

Strong organisational skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

*

A-Level, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.

Experience with CAFM systems or Planon would be an advantage.
