Plumber / Self Employed / Paid Weekly / UTR Number, Vehicle, Tools required Overview: Our Client is seeking a Plumber to join our growing team. You will need to have an NVQ L2 or CSCS Blue. Ideally you will also have experience in residential/social housing properties. We are looking for a keen self-starter, with a focus on quality and in particular an excellent problem solver. As a company they carry out planned and reactive maintenance works, along with building projects and property refurbishments. Key Responsibilities * Carry out responsive repairs across social housing properties. * Complete plumbing repairs, including taps, toilets, leaks and waste pipes. * Undertake basic carpentry repairs to doors, locks, handles, skirting and other timber fixtures. * Diagnose faults and ensure repairs are completed to a high standard. * Communicate professionally with tenants and keep work areas clean and safe. * Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
