Electrical Lead – Hyperscale Data Centre Projects Location: Austria Company: Tier 1 European Construction Leader (Confidential) Salter Grange is exclusively recruiting an Electrical Lead to join the European leader in high-tech construction. Our client delivers complex, mission-critical infrastructure for the world’s leading corporations. This is an opportunity to lead flagship projects in Vienna within a culture that prioritizes innovation, safety, and the professional growth of its people. Electrical Lead Responsibilities * Full ownership of the Electrical Systems package, ensuring all installations align with project specs and QA plans. * Manage day-to-day site operations, including direct labor, sub-contractor activities, and manpower levels. * Drive a "safety-first" culture. Oversee the setup and close-out of site safety files and QA documentation. * Monitor all costs associated with the package, including materials, plant, and valuations, in coordination with the QS. * Manage schedules and issue weekly progress reports (WBS-based) to highlight milestones and mitigate risks. Electrical Lead Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in Electrical Project Management or Engineering on large-scale industrial projects. * A strong Trade background and a relevant Third-Level qualification (Electrical Engineering or similar). * Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel. Experience with "Design & Build" is highly preferred. * A proactive leader capable of driving large teams under strict deadlines and managing complex change control.
