The Role & Team
We are looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join our Manchester office. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career within a highly regarded commercial property team, working with a broad range of clients including investors, developers, and asset managers.
You’ll gain hands‑on experience across a varied and high-quality caseload, with strong support, structured development, and clear progression opportunities. Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, gaining exposure to high-value and complex matters from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the management of a busy caseload of commercial property matters
- Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, and other property management documents
- Supporting acquisitions and disposals of investment properties
- Advising clients on landlord and tenant matters
- Handling asset management work including renewals, rent reviews, and regears
- Coordinating transactions and liaising with clients, agents, and third parties
- Contributing to business development initiatives and client relationship management
About You
- Newly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly) with a training seat in commercial property
- Strong technical grounding in real estate law, particularly landlord and tenant work
- Commercially aware with a proactive and client‑focused approach
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a team
- Enthusiastic, driven, and keen to develop your career within investment and property management
