Fabricator (Ongoing Contract) Asa Fabricator this position is 95% workshop-based and is structured with the project being 80% fabrication and 20% MIG welding working with mild and secondary steel and sometimes aluminium The daily fabrication work includes fabricating structural steel beams, staircases, and bespoke steelwork, you will carry out gearbox repairs and associated fabrication work inclusive of measuring, cutting, forming, and preparing materials accurately you will also be required to read and work from technical drawings Essential Skills: Experience with mild steel and stainless steel fabrication MIG welding experience Ability to interpret engineering drawings Desirable: Aluminium welding experience This is an excellent long-term opportunity for an experienced Fabricator looking for stable, workshop-based work within a busy engineering environment.
