Wonderfield Group is seeking a Head of Property to lead reactive and planned maintenance across the estate, ensuring safety, compliance and value for money. You will coach three regional Property Managers and a Maintenance Administrator, driving KPIs and a culture of ownership.

Partnering with Retail, Operations, Finance and Health & Safety, you’ll manage the budget, monitor the PPM programme, and use data to shape lifecycle investments.
