We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and committed Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Key Stage 2 (KS2) at our welcoming and inclusive primary school in Enfield. About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pupils to: Support learning and development across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Deliver targeted interventions and small-group activities. Assist children with varying learning needs, including SEND where appropriate. Help create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment. Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic progress. Contribute to school activities, trips, and events. We Are Looking For Someone Who: ✅ Has experience working with primary-aged children (desirable but not essential). ✅ Is enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing. ✅ Has excellent communication and teamwork skills. ✅ Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. ✅ Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. ✅ Holds GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
