Job Title: Senior Town Planner | Associate Town Planner Location: Manchester (Salford) Penguin Recruitment is excited to be supporting a leading development consultancy in their search for a Planner - Development Consultancy (Senior / Associate / Associate Director). This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing UK development consultancy specialising in town planning, development surveying and socio-economics. The team advises on major residential-led regeneration and new settlement projects across the UK and is continuing to expand, with several key hires planned for 2026. You'll be working on high-profile schemes you are likely to recognise, including large-scale garden village developments, city living regeneration projects, and strategic growth locations across the North West.
