Corporate Knowledge Lawyer - Tier 1 Corporate Firm

A leading global law firm with a Tier 1 corporate practice is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join its London knowledge function. The Corporate Knowledge Lawyer will act as a key technical resource to the corporate practice, ensuring lawyers have access to commercially relevant know-how while supporting training, market insight and initiatives to improve legal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain precedents, templates, checklists and corporate know-how.
• Monitor legal and market developments and provide practical guidance.
• Analyse transactional information to support market insights and benchmarking.
• Develop and deliver lawyer, trainee and selected client training.
• Explore the use of AI, legal technology and innovative tools to improve efficiency, knowledge sharing and legal service delivery.
• Support thought leadership and wider knowledge initiatives.

Who Would This Suit?

This role would suit a qualified lawyer with 6+ years' PQE gained within the corporate practice of a leading international law firm. Strong transactional experience is essential, particularly across private equity and M&A, with broader corporate experience also valuable.

Previous Knowledge Lawyer or Professional Support Lawyer experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Experienced corporate fee-earners looking to move into a knowledge-focused career are also encouraged to apply.
