This is role responsible for the delivery of Developer Services activities, including new connections, service installations, mains laying, mains diversions and associated network infrastructure works.

What you'll be doing?
The Scheduler plays a key role in the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance activities, coordinating work across operational teams to ensure contractual SLAs and productivity targets are achieved. Responsibilities include managing workloads, optimising geographical routing, proactively addressing scheduling risks, and ensuring operatives have a full day’s work. The role maintains accurate system records, monitors customer appointments, reallocates unattended tasks, and provides regular updates to stakeholders through whereabouts reports and shift handovers. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the Scheduler ensures efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, effective communication, and high standards of customer service.

Proven IT skills & ability to learn systems required to deliver planned activities
Strong communication skills & ability to communicate at all levels
Knowledge of the Water Industry and working within a regulated industry
Ability to work volumes under pressure
