About the role
Do you live and breathe adventure travel? Are you passionate about building life-changing experiences for travelers while supporting local communities? Join our Expansion team to discover, design, and launch new adventures worldwide (multiple roles available).
We’re growing our Expansion team with additional Adventure Expansion Product Managers. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end creation of brand new small group adventures — from researching destinations and sourcing the best local hosts, to negotiating terms, designing itineraries, and producing compelling content.
Have 3+ years’ experience in product management or development in the adventure, travel or outdoor sector.
Love applying creativity and data to design unique, scalable, high-quality trips.
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote environment.
Note: we are also hiring a Wildlife Expansion Product Manager. If your background is specifically in wildlife travel, please apply for that role instead.
Research destinations, build networks, and identify outstanding local partners.
Lead negotiations, contracts, and quality/safety assessments.
Source and develop trip content that inspires customers.
Monitor performance, identify trends, and optimise product ranges.
Contribute to MBA’s product growth strategy globally.
Proven track record in adventure travel product management/development (3+ years).
Deep knowledge and passion for adventure travel and sustainability.
Strong commercial judgement and creative eye for trip design.
A flexible and growth mindset - this is a fast-paced role.
Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote team.
Excited by MBA’s mission and happy to pitch in across the business when needed.
Someone who is excited by tangible goals and success metrics (trip volume and performance, ability to launch on deadline etc)
Experience in cultural/experiential adventure travel.
38 days holiday (incl. public holidays).
