About the role

Are you a commercially minded professional with a passion for learning, development, and technical training? A leading provider of governance, engineering support, and industry-recognised training programmes across Ireland and the UK is expanding and launching a brand-new Training Academy.

They are seeking a Training & Development Manager to lead growth activity, shape programme delivery, and help drive the commercial success of the Academy across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

About you
  • Proven experience in Training, Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
  • Strong track record of generating new business within the training or qualifications sector (B2B)
  • Ability to design, influence, or support training and development programmes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability at senior level
  • Self-driven, proactive, and commercially focused mindset
  • Full driving licence

Nice to have
  • Experience delivering or selling technical training, engineering services, or workforce development solutions
  • Background in engineering, utilities, manufacturing, electrical, or technical industries
  • Familiarity with data centre, energy, or facilities management sectors
