How you'll make a difference
You'll develop creative social campaigns and compelling content that bring our brand to life, ensuring everything aligns with business priorities and maintains a consistent tone of voice. Working across the Society, you'll collaborate with internal teams to amplify key messages and deliver relevant, timely content.
You'll manage content calendars, support paid and organic campaigns, and use performance insights to continually improve our approach. You'll also monitor emerging trends, help manage reactive communications and deputise for the Social Media Manager when needed.
What will you bring to the role?
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Excellent writing skills and a strong understanding of what drives engagement.
Ability to use analytics to improve performance and experience supporting paid campaigns.
Creativity, proactivity and high organisation skills to manage competing deadlines while maintaining close attention to detail.
Confident collaboration skills and enjoys building relationships across different teams.
Experience working with financial promotions or regulated social content would be particularly valuable.
