Job Title: Hire Desk Controller Location: Weston Super Mare Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE) Job Type: Permanent, Monday – Friday, 42.5hours pw Overview: Unify are thrilled to be recruiting for a Hire Desk Controller to join an established Plant Hire company focusing on the construction sector who are based in Weston Super Mare. In the role of Hire Desk Controller, you will be acting as the central contact for clients and key accounts, while taking charge of coordinating all hire activities. Workshop and Sales as well as Customers * Managing multiple mailboxes and multitasking multiple tasks * Managing a volume of outgoing / incoming hires from customers * Processing admin enquiries * Checking availability of equipment and making sure details are correct and up to date * Track ongoing hire agreements maintain accurate documentation. Desirable: * Hire Desk experience within the plant industry or similar desirable but not essential * Experience of the Syrinx system however, training available
