About the role
Clover HR in Cardiff is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide expert HR advice and support to clients across multiple HR issues. This role will manage a portfolio of client accounts and contribute to the development of HR strategies that align with client objectives.
Successful candidates will have demonstrable HR experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a CIPD Level 7 qualification. Strong communication skills and knowledge of UK employment law are essential, alongside a proactive and result-oriented approach.
