This will be a visible, market-facing underwriting role which also requires a strong broker relationship management capability. You will join a business with a strong heritage and focus in long-tail classes, alongside significant C-suite investment in the construction portfolio and ambitious growth plans.

The preferred candidate will bring expertise across CAR/EAR risks and experience of major construction projects, however with the market being extremely competitive in this specialty currently, individuals with strong underwriting ability in the mid-market space, who would like to move into the major risk platform will be considered.The business also offers an excellent range of benefits and progressive working practices, designed to give employees the flexibility to balance the demands of work with life outside of it.
