The Role

  • Generate new business opportunities and secure new client partnerships.
  • Conduct outbound sales activity, including cold calling and prospect outreach.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Perform market mapping and identify growth opportunities within target sectors.
  • Source and engage high-quality technology professionals.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry functions.
  • Provide consultative recruitment solutions to clients.
