Technology Recruitment Consultant / Sales Development Representative
Up to £40,000 basic salary + uncapped commissionEdgbaston, Birmingham (office-based)

The Role
- Generate new business opportunities and secure new client partnerships.
- Conduct outbound sales activity, including cold calling and prospect outreach.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Perform market mapping and identify growth opportunities within target sectors.
- Source and engage high-quality technology professionals.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry functions.
- Provide consultative recruitment solutions to clients.

- Experience in a B2B sales or business development role.
- Proven ability to generate new business and build a sales pipeline.
