Responsibilities include: Managing litigated Fast Track RTA claims Handling liability and causation disputes Assessing liability and quantum Reviewing medical evidence and drafting schedules of loss Negotiating settlements and advising on litigation risks Liaising with clients, experts, insurers, and counsel Attending hearings where appropriate Delivering exceptional client care throughout the claims process About You You'll have: Significant experience managing your own litigated Fast Track RTA caseload Strong drafting, litigation, and negotiation skills A solid understanding of CPR, relevant legislation, and case law Experience using case management systems Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail A commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes Benefits 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays Holiday buy and sell scheme Hybrid working Medicash healthcare plan Life assurance (4x salary) Pension scheme Wellbeing support network Ongoing training and development Funded social events Charity matching scheme If you're looking to join a market-leading firm offering quality work, flexibility, and genuine career progression, we'd love to hear from you.
