Bagging Operative (3-Shift Rotation) Location: Bason Bridge, Somerset Pay: £14.72 – £15.47 PH Hours: Monday to Friday, Rotating weekly (06:00–14:30, 14:00–22:30, & 22:00–06:30) Contract: Temporary to Permanent Start Date: Immediate Are you looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic production environment? What You’ll Be Doing: * Mastering the Machinery: Operating bagging machinery to package products efficiently and safely. * Crafting Quality: Loading materials into the bagging machine and ensuring all products meet company specifications. * Quality Control: Performing routine quality and maintenance checks on machinery to maintain high standards. * The Finishing Touch: Packaging finished products securely and preparing them ready for distribution. * Maintaining Excellence: Keeping the production area clean, organized, and adhering to health and safety regulations. What We’re Looking For: * Experience: Previous experience in a production or packaging role is preferred but not essential. * Reliability: You’re someone who shows up, has a positive attitude, and gets the job done. * Physical Stamina: Physically fit and comfortable standing for long periods to perform repetitive tasks. * Flexibility: Happy to work a rotating 3-shift pattern as part of a busy, efficient team.
