The Role As a Year 1 Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum. Create a positive, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment. Work closely with colleagues and parents to support pupil achievement. About You The ideal Year 1 Teacher will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Previous Key Stage 1 teaching experience. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. A creative, enthusiastic and adaptable teaching style. High expectations for pupil progress and behaviour.
