Part Time Cleaner

We're looking for an Estate Services Operative to join a Property Operations team and help deliver a high-quality estate cleaning and environmental service across communities.This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in ensuring communal areas, estates, and shared spaces are maintained to the highest standards, creating places that residents are proud to call home.This job is based in Coventry, where you will work 2 hours a day Monday to Friday anytime between late afternoon/early evening.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering high-quality cleaning services to communal areas including stairwells, lifts, corridors, floors, walls, windows, bin stores, and refuse areas.
• Carrying out litter picking, fly-tipping clearance, and bulk rubbish removal to keep estates clean, safe, and visually appealing.
• Using cleaning machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
• Reporting repairs, maintenance issues, anti-social behaviour, and environmental concerns.
• Supporting estate maintenance activities including graffiti removal, gritting, snow clearance, bin store works, and minor communal repairs.
• Maintaining cleaning equipment, materials, and vehicle checks where applicable.
• Recording daily activities using mobile scheduling systems and technology.
