Warehouse Operative (Inbound & Dispatch) | Bristol | £13.78/hr Location: Bristol Salary: £13.78 per hour Contract: Temp to Perm | Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week Shifts: Rotating every two weeks Shift 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Shift 2: Monday to Thursday, 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM / Friday, 12:30 PM to 6:30 PM What's in it for You Temp to Perm role with weekly pay Early finish every Friday on both shift patterns Free on-site parking Supportive team environment with real progression potential The Role A well-established engineering and manufacturing company in Bristol is looking for two Warehouse Operatives, one for their Inbound team and one for Dispatch. Both roles are hands-on, fast-paced, and suit someone who takes pride in doing the job properly. Counterbalance forklift experience is essential. A formal licence is not required, but you must have recent, practical experience operating a counterbalance, whether from a previous role or in-house training. Inbound Responsibilities Unloading deliveries and booking goods into the system Moving stock using a counterbalance forklift Checking incoming stock for quantity and quality Maintaining accurate inventory records Dispatch Responsibilities Picking and packing customer orders Labelling, wrapping, and preparing items for dispatch Loading finished goods onto delivery vehicles Supporting light assembly tasks when required Both roles include general housekeeping and contribute to smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
