Become a Lead First Team Physiotherapist: Help Shape the Future of Women's Football on the South Coast We are delighted to be supporting an ambitious and forward-thinking women's football club on the South Coast in the search for a Lead First Team Physiotherapist. The club continues to invest in its high-performance environment and is committed to creating the conditions for players and staff to thrive. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive physiotherapist to play a key role in supporting the health, wellbeing, and performance of the First Team squad. Working as part of a multidisciplinary performance team, you will lead the delivery of injury prevention, rehabilitation, pitch-side medical support, and ongoing player management, helping to drive high standards across the performance environment. The Impact You'll Make: Lead all medical and health-related care for the First Team players. Deliver world-class physiotherapy and rehabilitation services, including pitch-side emergency care. Develop tailored injury prevention and return-to-play programmes. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure full compliance with league regulations. Liaise with external consultants and medical specialists as required. Mentor and support other medical and sports science staff. Promote a culture of education, wellbeing, and high performance. Your Skills and Experience: Bachelor's or master's degree in Physiotherapy. Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). A passion for developing best practice in women's football. Leadership experience within a medical or high-performance environment. A collaborative approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised, professional, and confident working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. A commitment to continuous professional development.
