Clark James Recruitment are working with a highly professional Estate Agency business that have multiple office across several locations. Due to further growth and expansion within the business, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Estate Agency professional to join an established and successful team as a Sales Progressor. If you’re someone who enjoys working within a busy team and are motivated to maximise your earnings — this could be your next step. Role * As a Sales Progressor you will be responsible for the full sales progression process. * Progressing branch sales from start point to exchange/completion. * Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, brokers, solicitors and Surveyors. * AML checks. * Maintaining a strong working relationship with sellers ensuring regular and clear communication. * Weekly sales meetings. * Upholding company standards. Candidate * Previous Estate Agency experience essential. * Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build and sustain key relationships with professionals. * Providing excellent customer service. * Strong telephone manner. * Commercial awareness and KPI management capability. * A proactive mindset and drive.
