About the role
Pure Search partners with a global professional services firm to appoint an M&A Tax Director in London. Lead tax advice on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and refinancing projects for private equity funds, multinationals and fast‑growing businesses.
You will oversee complex engagements, coach junior staff, and build senior client relationships while contributing to business development with private equity and corporate clients, in a hybrid, high‑performance team.
