We are an 'old country style' gastro pub tucked in a corner of Chelsea. You will find us hidden down an idyllic residential street, a short stones throw from the iconic Stamford Bridge Football Stadium - home to the formidable Chelsea FC.

Our historic pub can be dated all the way back to 1846 and in its current iteration it is laced with charming decor, multiple cosy fireplaces, great British Food and award winning beer (guinness)!

We are seeking one more candidate to join and complete our well established kitchen team.
We are reviewing candidates around the Demi CDP/CDP level.
The ideal candidate must be polite, diligent and very personable. (No negative people, boo!!) You will be expected to be in charge of the organisation, cleanliness and general day to day operations that come with running a section proficiently.
We would love someone who is capable and willing to participate in menu writing and putting specials on the menu. It feels good to have a dish or two to call your own!

Our menus are designed around a mix of pub classics done extremely well and a varied selection of slightly more playful dishes, often deriving from familiar concepts but reimagined.
The menu changes every 8-10 weeks in order to keeps things hyper seasonal and engaging for both the customers and the staff.
Starting Salary - £37,000/ £38,000 with opportunity for an increase after a successful probationary period of three months.
Work Schedule - 4 Days a week with 3 days off - 2 Doubles and 2 Singles
Contracted Hours - 48 Hours per week comprising of 6 shifts. Any hours/shifts worked extra will be paid in full, always. xwzovoh
