Job Description Modern and forward thinking, top 50 UK law firm with over 1000 people, including 125 Partners, wish to recruit a newly or recently qualified Corporate Lawyer . /n You will form part of a nationally recognised and highly regarded Corporate team which includes over 45 corporate fee earners, and 16 partners, more than a dozen of whom are recommended in the latest Legal 500 rankings. /n The work includes assisting the team to advise clients on acquisitions, mergers and disposals of companies and businesses, transactions for investors, and many international transactions. /n The Corporate team plays a leading role in several firm-wide sector specialisms including Energy and Infrastructure, Healthcare, Motor and Food and Beverage. /n This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to join for the UK’ s leading regional law firms. /n
