Senior commercial contracts opportunity with a long-established engineering business · Play a key role in protecting commercial interests while enabling business growth · Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations and Finance on complex projects · Full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits Commercial Contracts Manager & Legal Advisor Location: Manchester, Stockport, Sheffield, Stoke-on-Trent, Chesterfield The Role: Take ownership of the full contractual lifecycle for engineered projects, from reviewing NDAs and negotiating contracts through to project governance, claims management and dispute resolution. You'll provide commercial and non-contentious legal support, helping secure commercially sound agreements while managing contractual risk and supporting successful project delivery.
