Office & Sales Administrator

My great client is looking for a new team member to join their friendly and dynamic company Full time/permanent 8:30am to 5pm (1 hour lunch) or 9am to 5pm (30 mins lunch) - 37.5 hour week £25,000 k per annum Purchase and sales tasks: * Liaising with customers, suppliers, and transport companies. * Planning and monitoring the storage, delivery, and dispatch of orders. * Overseeing stock control and processing orders. * Fulfilling objectives and directions from the operation's headquarters. * Coordinating the use of automated and computerised systems. * Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and telephone. * Keeping stock control systems up to date. * Planning future capacity requirements. * Producing regular reports and statistics * Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment, overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment. Key requirements: * Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook * Experience with Business Central would be a great Advantage. * Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills. * Excellent command of English (both verbal and written) are essential. * Strong numeracy skills and excellent eye for detail. * Work well under own initiative.
