Immigration Caseworker Ref: BCR/JP/32535 £30,000 - £35,000 (Dependent on Experience) Birmingham A specialist private immigration law firm based in Birmingham is looking for an experienced Immigration Caseworker to join its growing team. The role offers a varied caseload and the opportunity to take ownership of your own matters. Immigration Caseworker Responsibilities: Manage your own end-to-end private immigration caseload Prepare and submit a range of UK immigration applications Handle matters including spouse/partner visas, visit visas, student and work routes, settlement and nationality Prepare supporting statements, representations and application forms Liaise directly with clients and the Home Office Monitor applications and deal with requests for further informationThe Ideal Candidate Will Have: Solid experience managing private immigration cases from start to finish Good knowledge of UK immigration law and Home Office procedures Ideally, experience with PBS/dependant applications Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail A professional, confident and client-focused approachIf you are an experienced Immigration Caseworker based in or around Birmingham, Edgbaston we would love to hear from you!
