Fully onsite | Must live within 1 hour of Thamesmead SE28 | Full UK driving licence required

No recruitment experience? No problem. If you have experience in sales, business development, telesales, field sales, or office-based sales, and the drive to succeed, full training will be provided.
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

We are now looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant / Sales Consultant to join our Thamesmead branch, supporting ambitious growth plans across temporary and permanent recruitment.
Salary & Benefits
£24,785 - £30,000 basic salary depending on experience
Uncapped bonus and commission scheme
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Permanent contract from day one

The Role
You will:
Identify and win new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Support and manage candidate recruitment processes
Deliver excellent customer and candidate experiences
Maintain accurate records and compliance standards
Support branch growth and daily operations
About You
You'll be:
Experienced in sales, business development, account management, or recruitment
Confident building relationships and winning business
Target-driven and motivated by success
A strong communicator with excellent people skills
Organised and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
In possession of a full UK driving licenceS07
