Production Operative

Best Time Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy food production company based in Winchester, for reliable Production Operatives to join their team. Key Responsibilities: * Working on a busy food production line * Preparing, packing and handling food products * Operating production machinery and equipment * Carrying out quality and product checks * Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures * Maintaining a clean and tidy production area * Working as part of a team to meet production targets Requirements: * Previous food production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential * Reliable, punctual and hardworking * Good attention to detail * Able to work in a fast-paced environment * Able to follow instructions and company procedures * Good team player with a positive attitude * Good level of English to understand workplace instructions and safety procedures What We Offer: * £12.71 per hour * Monday to Friday working * Regular daytime hours * Ongoing work * Full training provided * Opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate * Support from Best Time Ltd throughout your assignment Apply Today If you are looking for ongoing work in food production and are available for Monday to Friday daytime shifts, we would like to hear from you
