Lord Combustion Services Limited are a long-established, highly respected mechanical service and maintenance company based in the West Midlands, who are looking for an experienced Plumber / Pipefitter to join their growing Service & Maintenance team. They're offering a stable, well-paid role with minimal travel across the West Midlands, structured overtime, excellent earning potential and the opportunity to develop your skills within commercial gas engineering, with full support from an experienced team. This is a regional role - no long-distance national travel - offering an excellent work-life balance while working on varied and interesting projects. The Role: You'll be working across a range of domestic and commercial properties throughout the Midlands, carrying out: Installation, maintenance and repair of heating, domestic water and drainage pipework Repairs and replacement of associated plumbing components and equipment Working within the Service & Maintenance team across a varied portfolio of properties Working alongside experienced Commercial Gas Engineers to develop your commercial knowledge and skills Opportunity to progress into Commercial Gas Engineering and eventually into a Service Engineer role as your experience grows

What You'll Need: Proven experience within a commercial plumbing and/or pipefitting role Experience installing, maintaining and repairing heating and domestic water pipework Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points) Gas qualifications are desirable but not essential A willingness to learn and progress into commercial gas engineering Ability to manage your own workload and work autonomously A reliable, proactive and professional approach Ability to complete clear and accurate job reports

Salary & Package: £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary (subject to experience). Company vehicle - available for personal use Monthly attendance bonus On-call standby payments plus premium call-out rates Overtime paid at enhanced rates

Working Hours (Early Friday Finish): Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm and Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm. 39.5 hours per week.
