Cleaning Supervisor – Temp to Perm 📍 Peterborough 🕘 Monday to Friday ⏰ Hours Are Variable | Earlies 6:00am – 2:00pm | Lates 11am - 7pm | Weekends spot checks either 7am-1pm or 1pm-6pm We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Supervisor to join a busy site in Peterborough. We are looking for someone who is well presented, energetic, polite, and has a strong eye for detail. Duties Include: * Supervise and support cleaning staff on daily duties * Assign tasks and monitor work quality standards * Ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained properly * Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety * Manage staff schedules and attendance * Check and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations * Report maintenance issues and resolve cleaning concerns * Maintain excellent customer service and professional standards * Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene standards are met If you are available and take pride in maintaining high cleaning standards, we would love to hear from you.
