Assembly Operative – Just Temps is currently recruiting for multiple Assembly Operative, working in partnership with our Client based in Sudbury, Suffolk where every day makes a difference to people’s lives through innovative technology respected. Earlies: 6am-2pm Mon- Thurs & 6am – 12.30pm Fri Lates: 2pm -10pm Mon-Thurs and 2pm- 8.45pm on a Friday Nights: Sun – Wed 10pm – 6am & Thurs 10pm – 4.30am (Friday morning) Starting pay rate is £13.45 per hour for Earlies and £14.79 per hour for Lates and £16.14 per hour for Nights. Key Duties: Assembling parts, products or components to specification Testing finished products for functionality and quality Performing quality checks and ensuring standards are met Using hand tools to complete precise tasks Meeting production targets as part of a collaborative team Thriving in a busy, active environment Requirements: No previous experience is required—just a good attitude and a willingness to learn. Full training is provided.
