Interim ECM & M&A Counsel — London Hybrid

The Law Support Group is seeking an experienced interim lawyer to join its Equity Capital Markets and M&A legal team in London. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to engage with a high-performing legal function on diverse ECM and corporate transactions while working in a hybrid model.

Ideal candidates will have strong ECM and M&A experience gained within top law firms or financial institutions. The position is for an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension and requires immediate availability.
