Location: Canary Wharf Salary: £50,500 All-In Package + Overtime Shift Pattern: 4 On / 4 Off Days Only (7:00am 7:00pm)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Day Shift Engineer to join a prestigious commercial site based in Canary Wharf. The Role
As an Electrical Day Shift Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
Fault finding and repair on electrical systems and associated building services equipment
Maintaining lighting, emergency lighting, power distribution, UPS systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps and motors
Ensuring all statutory compliance and health & safety procedures are followed
Supporting subcontractors and specialist engineers on site
Completing maintenance reports and updating CAFM systems
Providing excellent service within a client-facing environment
Requirements
City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Experience working within commercial building maintenance
Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
Good communication and organisational abilities
Stable work history and a proactive attitude
